GlossyBox July 2012

I was super happy about this month's GlossyBox, with a gloomy English July and no Glastonbury this summer... things were looking a little dull. This Festival themed box cheered me right up this morning, so let's see what's inside!

Products from left to right:

HD Brows Eye & Brow Palette: The full size palette costs £19.95, so I'm not going to turn my nose up at it. However my eyebrows are naturally fairly dark and I can honestly say I have never used an eyebrow pencil or similar product. From watching the various make up tutorials on YouTube, it seems that defining one's eyebrows are a necessity in a girl's beauty regime. Now that I finally have the product, I'm going to give it a go... if it's a disaster, I can use this palette as eye shadow.

Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Skin Balancing Lotion: This lotion smells amazing, like fresh grass and cucumber. This might not appeal to some people, but this was heavenly this morning. It has made a massive difference to my skin and after only one application! I'm not wearing make up today, and this has given my face a natural glow that has lasted all afternoon. It has SPF 15 so is a wonderful Summer skin lotion. Full size £32.00/50ml

Jelly Pong Pong Lip Frosting: I hadn't heard of this brand before, but this is definitely my favourite product, the scent is Irish Cream Pavlova and I cannot begin to describe how delicious it smells. The brand does not test on animals (as clearly stated on the packaging) and that is always important to me. Use sparingly, as it goes a long way. Full size £10.00

MONU  Golden Glow:  A moisturising treatment for the face and body, that provides a natural looking tan in just 3 - 5 hours. I haven't tried this yet, but I think I'll use it on my legs just before I go on holiday. It smells very natural (no yucky biscuit smell) and contains Shea butter and Vitamin E. Full size £23.00

CLYNOL Enrich Colour Shampoo: This products contains liquid jewel extract and UV filters to "protect rich tones from fading", I have a natural hair colour, so I'm not sure what use this Colour & Care shampoo will be to me. I plan on taking this to Italy with me as it's the perfect size for a week and the UV filters will hopefully keep my care protected in the sun. Full size £9.35

Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference samples: Skin Balancing Exfoliating Cleanser, Optimizing Skin Serum and Skin Balancing Lotion SPF 15. Again, I'm going to take these on holiday with me, as they will fit really neatly into my beauty bag, I adore the smell and how fresh, clean and soft my face feels after I have applied these products.

What did you get in your July GlossyBox?
