Lush Think Pink Bath Bomb

Think Pink Bath Bomb is a really lovely treat to have on an otherwise boring day. A relaxing pink bath bomb with a sweet vanilla and tonka fragrance. As it gently fizzes away, pretty little love hearts emerge amongst the pink bath water.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette Review

The Naked 3 is an absolutely beautiful rose-hued neautrals palette, featuring 12 brand new and exquisite shades by Urban Decay.
Firstly, I adore the packaging of this pallete, really sturdy and portable. The downside of my beloved Naked Palette is that I don't like taking it anywhere with me due to the flimsy packaging. But the Naked3 comes in a great, and quite beautiful, rose gold tin which clicks shut.
Now onto the treasures it holds inside...
A brilliant dual-ended eyeshadow brush:
The Palette contains 12 lovely shades - 3 mattes and 9 shimmers:
Strange"a pale neutral pink matte-satin"

Dust – "pale metallic pink shimmer with iridescent micro-glitter"

Burnout"light pinky-peach satin"

Limit – "light dusty rose matte"

Buzz – "metallic rose shimmer with silver micro-glitter"
Trick - "light metallic pinky-copper shimmer with tonal micro-sparkle"

Nooner – "medium pinky-brown matte"

Liar – "medium metallic mauve shimmer"

Factory – "pinky-brown satin"

Mugshot"metallic taupe shimmer with slight pink shift"

Darkside – "deep taupe-mauve satin"

Blackheart - "smoky black matte with rosy red micro-sparkle"

The left side of the palette contains pretty pink hues and lovely pastel shades:
Whilst the right contains darker shades, perfect to create a smokey eye:
I really love this palette already, I can't wait to create so many pretty makeup looks using these beautiful shades. I didn't really use anything else but the Naked palette last year, and I have a feeling 2014 is going to go the same with this beauty.

Rimmel Space Dust Nail Polish

         Luna Love                                                                          Moon Walking
       Shooting Star                                                                       Total Eclipse
I was so excited when the Space Dust collection was released, and knew I'd have to buy all of them. After all, they are only £3.99 each! :)
Like all Rimmel nail polishes, they apply really well and the brush is easy to control and spreads just the right amount of product widely across the nail. I find two coats best, and didn't use a top coat (although recommended if you don't like a textured finish to the nail). The nail polish lasted around 5 days before it started to chip at the tip of the nails.
Quite hard to remove due to the glitter, and I also found a base-coat worked best to keep the nails healthy and prevent damage.
I think Shooting Star is my favourite, as this was my perfect Christmas nail colour. I also love Aurora and I think it looks quite elegant.

Also, sorry my nails are so short... they were all chipped off last week in work :'(

A Penguin Pamper!

Hi Lovelies! So I've had a rather busy week at work, and not a lot of "me time." So I thought tonight, before settling down for Sherlock, would be the perfect chance to have a pamper... a penguin pamper.

Christmas & New Year!

First of all, I hope everyone had a truly wonderful Christmas. Although I haven't been on here much, I am on Instagram and YouTube if anyone would like to follow me there.

Here's a little photo diary of my Christmas:

I really want to get back into a blogging routine in 2014. The last several months have been a bit crazy - I graduated from University, went backpacking, and then got a full time job. But now I want to keep to a schedule and get back to enjoying my blog :) because it is something I really do love, it's just finding the time. I have written a little weekly planner (which is listed on the right hand side of this page) and I want to stick to it. Sort of a "New Year's Resolution!"

My New Year's Resolutions are as follows:
1) Allow more time for reading.
2) Improve my French and Italian.
3) Travel somewhere new.
4) Develop Blog & YouTube videos.
5) Save money!
6) Eat more healthily and stop eating meat.

What are your New Year's Resolutions? (and more importantly, have you kept to them?!)
