September Favourites ♥

♥ Neom Oraganic Bath Oil : Restore
I absolutely adore pamper evenings with this luxurious bath oil. It smells like jasmine, giner and sandalwood, and is perfect to soothe away any troubles or tension. I run a capful of the oil under hot water and the entire bathroom fills with it's heavenly scent. Both my body and mind are left pampered and restored.

♥ Nails Inc Alexa Chung Collection : Cashmere & Silk
This month I put aside my Essie obsession and tried the new Alexa Chung Nails Inc collection! I love her new range for Nails Inc and in particular found the Cashmere and Silk polishes my favouties, perfect for autumn. (I reviewed these polishes in full here).

♥ Dr Bronner's Magic Soap : Baby Mild
This liquid soap really is magic. I intended to use this soap purely for cleaning my makeup brushes, but after seeing the amazing effect it had, I also use it on my face and body. It's really gentle and lathers nicely. My sister uses the lavender one as a relaxing bubble bath.

♥ Aussie Dry Shampoo : Volume
Not only does this miracle dry shampoo do a brilliant job at making my hair non-greasy and clean looking, but it's also fantastic at adding volume and texture. In fact, I even use it on freshly washed hair because it leaves a gorgeous finish and it smells so beautiful!

August Favourites ♥

Well it looks like this might be my last summer related post of 2014! Autumn is right around the corner now we're in September, and it's my very favourite season :)

But before I put on my jumper and paint my nails with Essie's 'After School Boy Blazer' I have one last thing to discuss... My August Favourites!

My first favourite was the Diptyque candle in Gardenia, which I bought on my birthday in July. It has been the perfect scented candle for summer, filling my entire bedroom with the delicious fresh smell of a beautiful garden. Even on glum rainy English Summer days, this lovely candle has really brought an elegant ambience to my room. Considering I have been burning it every day, it has only just reached half way down, so perhaps worth the £40 price tag - it doesn't leave any black bits or smoke either.

I have been using a variety of bright colours on my nails this month, perhaps because I know it will soon be time for darker shades when autumn arrives. However this particular nail polish - Essie 'Watermelon' has been my absolute favourite and looked really pretty on both fingers and toes. Application with all Essie polishes are excellent and can last up to a week with a good top coat. Essie are my very favourite brand!

This is my very first Jo Malone frangrance, and I absolutely adore it! It was a birthday present from my lovely mum and I feel so elegant and ladylike when I wear it! I have written a full blog post about it if you'd like a read...

This Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya has been a firm favourite of mine over the past 2 summers. It adds a lovely splash of colour on days you're not looking for something particularly bold, and leaves your lips truly hydrated and nourished. I will definitely be picking up some more autumnal shades this month!
