Winter Pamper Routine

I received so many wonderful Lush products for Christmas that Pamper Evenings are becoming a regular occurrence the past few weeks. And as my very first Pamper Routine has just reached 100,000 views (!!!), I thought it was about time to upload an updated version.

My January Sale Picks

I've never been fussed about January sales, the week between Christmas and New Year I can be found hibernating under a blanket with a good book. So as January rolls around, I've usually missed all the good stuff. However I've been lucky to find these little gems - so I thought I'd share them with you!

2016 Goals

We all write a list of resolutions for the coming year, but do we really stick to them? My problem is that if something starts to become a chore - I very quickly get fed up. (I have the attention span of a child).

So for TWO THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN, I have but one goal : To be happy.

I think there are numerous ways to attain that one goal, which I will refer to if in need of inspiration. These are as follows:-

☼  Travel. I want to see every beautiful corner of this magnificent planet, and I believe nothing enriches the soul like exploring and discovering new Worlds. Even if it's just spontaneously hopping on a train to Scotland for a weekend - more adventures are needed.

☼ Create. Whether it's playing my guitar, reading, writing in my journal, taking photos, writing blog posts, creating videos - Do something creative each day.

☼ Independence. To have my own flat, my own little space. Filled with books, vinyl, paintings, photographs, memories.

☼ Spiritual Wealth. Practise Yoga, I shall aim for at least 20 minutes per day, but like I said, if something started to become tedious I'll get fed up. And I want to enjoy Yoga and that time for myself. It might just be ten minutes of meditation before bed. Headspace is a really good App for this!

I want to live more, and create a life that I don't need a vacation from. I believe these are small steps to finding true happiness and this is the year I will remember years from now, as the moment in my life I discovered.
